In our complex there are two levels of difficulty - a challenging level and a children's version.
The challenging level is suitable for families and adults and the children's version is recommended for children up to the age of 15 inclusive.
If the group is experienced and you still want to challenge yourself - you can order the challenging version. Either way there are clues in the room and if used correctly after the briefing you can progress independently throughout the game 🙂

Each room has a limit on the number of participants and a price list accordingly. 
Payment is made in place according to the number of participants who actually arrived. Therefore even if you invited more or less people but you are still in the appropriate participant range to the escape room you booked - don't worry, just come, there's no need to inform us beforehand.

Therefore, the activity in the escape rooms is not recommended for epilepsy patients, those suffering from claustrophobia, heart problems and women in advanced pregnancy, etc. (there are other medical cases for which the activity is not recommended).

Unfortunately, the entrance to the complex on the 1st basement floor is via stairs only and is not accessible to wheelchairs until a change will be made later.
Although it is possible to take the strollers down, it is not recommended to enter with them.

As a rule, it is forbidden to climb in the complex. In addition, every crawl passage has a bypass door so there is no need to crawl 🙂
