Regulations and rules of the game

Your task is to get out of the room within 60 minutes - and for that you will have to work together to solve tasks, puzzles and go through all the challenges together.
The following instructions and rules are intended to ensure proper rules of conduct and maintenance of order, safety and equipment.
Full agreement to the regulations - is a prerequisite for participation - so please pay attention!
Age restriction:
  • Participation is from the age of 16 and over. If there is even one child under the age of 16 among the group - the group must also contain at least
    one adult (aged 18 or older).
  • Participants aged 16 and older are required to come with an ID to verify their age.
Health Declaration:
  • During the game, the players may be in small spaces, be exposed to LED light, various flashes, surprising noises and even competitive pressure due to lack of time. Therefore, the activity in the escape rooms is not recommended for epilepsy patients, those suffering from claustrophobia, heart problems and women in advanced pregnancy, etc. (there are other medical cases for which the activity is not recommended).
  • Accordingly, it is agreed that the activity and presence in the escape rooms are the sole responsibility of the participant and it is recommended, in any case of doubt, to consult a doctor regarding the aforementioned risks. The client and the participants release the business, its owners and employees from any responsibility in these matters.
Time Limits:
  • The activity is limited to a time limit of 60 minutes. Please arrive about 15 minutes before the game time.
  • You left the room before time - well done! You did not finish on time - the activity will end at the end of the allotted time (payment will not be returned in any case even in case of early cracking or failure).
 personal equipment:
  • Bags/equipment must be deposited in the designated place according to the operator's instructions before starting the activity. Escape Journey is not responsible under any circumstances for thefts, damages and loss of property.
  • It is strictly forbidden to bring in electronic devices, flashlights, telephones, cameras and objects of any kind, including sharp objects, writing/work tools. Phones must be turned off/silenced so that they do not interfere with the activity.
  • It is recommended to enter the activity in comfortable clothing and shoes. Do not use high heels and the participant is solely responsible.
Compliance with instructions and rules of conduct:
  • The operator's instructions must be fully obeyed!
  • Have you encountered difficulty and are unable to move forward? It is possible and even recommended to ask for hints.
  •  Toilets/drinks are at your disposal for use before and after the activity, avoid going out during the game.
  • It is strictly forbidden to take pictures without permission in the rooms.
  • In case of an emergency/problem, you can ask to leave the room and end the activity (payment will not be returned to the group).
  • Any injury/damage of any kind must be reported to the operator immediately.
  • Do not bring food or drink into the room.
  • Smoking is absolutely prohibited in the entire complex. Do not light a fire or bring lighters into the activity room.
  • Solving puzzles does not require the use of force! The use of force is prohibited and one must drive carefully and keep the equipment in working order. 
  • Rampage, rioting and violence of any kind are strictly prohibited. Move carefully in dark rooms. Escape Journey is not responsible for any damage caused.
  • The perpetrator will be held responsible for the results and damage of any kind due to the use of force or malice or violation of the rules.
  • The objects found in the complex are the exclusive property of Escape Journey. Do not take them, hide them and/or make any use of them except according to the game instructions. The team will be charged for any damage or disappearance of equipment caused during the game.
  • Components are installed in the rooms that are not part of the activity and are not for use - in accordance with the operator's instructions.
  • It is forbidden to participate under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
  • Escape Journey reserves the right to stop the activity at any time, without refund, due to violation of rules and behavior that deviates from the procedures, public order and staff instructions.
  • Failure to comply with any of the provisions of these regulations will result in the immediate termination of the game and removal from the complex, without receiving any monetary refund.
Various:
  • Cameras, listening and recording are installed in the place for the purpose of documentation, monitoring and supervision of the activity and the participants.
  • Escape Journey may post winning photos after the game on Facebook, website, etc.
  • The content of the game is protected by the copyright of Escape Journey, you may not copy, photograph, record, transmit, transfer or remove from the complex in any way and in any media and/or electronic means, details arising from it and/or related to it, whether for private use or otherwise.
  • Escape Journey and/or anyone on its behalf will not be responsible and will not bear any direct or indirect, consequential or special damage caused to the customer or a third party as a result of use or purchase not in accordance with these regulations. Escape Journey reserves the right to cancel the specific purchase by written notice to the operator of the action.
  • The customer allows from time to time to send him advertising messages, various service messages, game order confirmations and other messages related to the existence of the game. Advertising messages will be sent exclusively via email and at the bottom of each message will appear a "remove from circulation" button, after clicking it no more advertising messages will be sent to the customer.
Price list on the website:
  • Escape Journey may update its prices on the website from time to time, in accordance with its sole discretion.
  • The price that will actually be paid is the price advertised on the website at the time of the game itself.
Order Policy:
  • To order a game, select the game and the desired free time and go to the registration for the game. Registration for the game is performed by filling in details such as first and last name, e-mail, mobile phone number and credit card details for guarantee.
  • When ordering the game and filling in the orderer's details, the customer will be asked to leave the credit card details to guarantee his arrival at the ordered game. It should be noted that Escape Journey does not keep the credit card information for itself, but rather they are transferred in a secure manner to a credit company for the purpose of making a conditional future charge.
  • The credit card will be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy only following a short-term cancellation (less than 24 before the game) or following the customer's non-appearance at the game according to his order for more than twenty minutes (20 minutes) from his designated time (i.e. 35 minutes from the desired arrival time) without canceling the order in accordance with the cancellation policy.
  • Providing false information is a criminal offense, and the person who does so is subject to criminal and civil legal proceedings.
  • The activity will start at the booked time and therefore, any delay in the arrival time may lead to the shortening of the activity for the sake of the booker and the aforementioned will not be entitled to any financial compensation.
Cancellation Policy:
  • You can cancel an order up to 24 hours before the game time without charging a cancellation fee.
  • Non-arrival, cancellation or change of game time, 24 hours or less before the game time, will be charged a cancellation fee of NIS 300.
  • A customer who did not show up for the game according to his order for more than twenty minutes (20 minutes) from the designated time of the game (i.e. 35 minutes from the desired arrival time) without canceling the order according to the cancellation policy - will cause the credit card provided as a guarantee for the order to be charged with a cancellation fee of NIS 300.
  • Escape Journey may cancel a reservation in the following cases:
    1. If there was an error in the order.
    2. If the credit card details are stolen and/or incorrect.
    3. In case it turns out that the order was accompanied by illegal activity by the customer and/or any third party.
    4. When the transaction was carried out illegally and not according to the regulations.
    5. due to a technical fault or circumstances beyond the company's control.
    6. If it is not possible to contact the customer up to 24 hours before the game.
    7. A notice about the cancellation of the order will be given to the customer by phone and/or in writing to the e-mail address and/or by text message to the mobile phone, which he specified when placing the order.
  • If there is a sensitive security situation, in accordance with the instructions of the Home Front Command in Ashkelon, we allow the game date to be postponed without cancellation fees (if it is less than 24 hours before the game) - only by contacting us on the "Contact Us" page / by email.
  • Cancellation fee refund:
    A partial refund for the cancellation fee (refund of 200 NIS) at the time of payment of a new game to be determined by her. Please indicate when ordering the game on the website under "Notes" the The invoice number of the cancellation fee. Double credit will not be given.
