Accessibility statement
We at Escape Journey consider it very important to make all services accessible to all customers, therefore we work for full accessibility as much as possible in the complex, on the site and in its centers. However, it should be noted that:
1.Some of the game rooms in the complex may contain passages that are not accessible to the disabled, but there is
a detour that makes these passages accessible. However, the rooms are not suitable for play in wheelchairs, but do allow play for those using crutches.
2. There is no handicapped parking near the complex.
3. Access to the complex is currently via stairs only, there is no access with an elevator and therefore is not accessible to wheelchairs.
4. There is no accessible disabled services booth in the complex.
5. It is not recommended to bring baby strollers and you cannot enter the game with them. On the other hand, in the Atlantis and Amazon escape rooms you can enter with a baby carrier.
6. There is a hearing aid system of the inspiration loop type for receiving the briefing.
7. A necessary condition for the game is normal vision - therefore, for anyone with one or another visual impairment, the use of aids (i.e. glasses, contact lenses, etc.) is recommended.
8. A necessary condition for solving the puzzles in the escape rooms in the complex is distinguishing between colors, so the activity is not
Suitable for the color blind.
